Ballykelly were appointed by a private client to design and construct a 36 m² extension, alongside a full internal refurbishment of the existing property in Wallington, SM6.

The works focused on increasing usable living space while updating the interior of the home. Ballykelly delivered the extension and carried out the refurbishment in a coordinated programme, ensuring the new space blended seamlessly with the existing structure.

The finished project provided a more spacious, modern home, combining additional floor area with a refreshed internal layout and finishes.
