Ballykelly were appointed to carry out remedial works to the external terracing at the Leonardo Hotel in Croydon, CR0. The existing terrace required significant repair and renewal to improve durability and performance.

Ballykelly completed demolition of the existing surfacing, installed new granite copings, carried out new brickwork, resin concrete repairs, and drainage repairs, coordinating all trades and works efficiently on site.

The completed works delivered a restored and robust external terrace, improving the appearance, structural integrity, and long-term performance of the hotel’s outdoor areas.
