Ballykelly were appointed to design and build a timber garden room for a private client in Oxted, RH8, created specifically as a home office with supporting facilities.

The works included construction of the garden room, a kitchenette, and a pool-side shower room, along with a new brick wall and finished wallpaper interiors. Ballykelly managed the project from start to finish, delivering a high-quality, purpose-built space.

The completed garden room provides a practical and comfortable working environment, with added amenities that make full use of the surrounding outdoor space.
