Ballykelly were appointed by a private client to design and build a 16 m² extension and carry out an internal refurbishment of this property in South Croydon, CR2.

The project included traditional facing brickwork and a pitched roof, carefully matched to the existing house. Ballykelly oversaw the full process, blending the new extension with the original structure and refreshing the interior spaces, including Victorian Tessellated flooring

The result is a well-integrated addition and a modernised home that feels cohesive, comfortable, and thoughtfully finished.
