We have nothing but praise for Jon and Sean, and the team of workmen (roof repairs, prep work/stripping work in the bedroom, plasterer, painter) that they used to fix a leaking roof and then repair the damage/decorate the top bedroom. At each stage the work was carried out with professionalism and care, to a high standard. We were so impressed and so grateful as this has not always been our experience of trusting workmen to do the job properly. The completion of this job has restored our faith in builders, although we will now never need to look further than Ballykelly should we ever need work doing in the future.
A great addition to our home
Highly recommended. They understood our requirements from day one. We had appointed an architect and were seeking planning permission at the time of first contact. Ballykelly were very supportive during the process and arranged to commence the work the day after planning was due. Works started on the planned day and pretty much everything went according to our expectations. Great teams. The site was left tidy at the end of every day. The one little issue we had with the architect’s plan was swiftly remedied by the project manager. Very satisfied with the result. Quality finish in all areas.
Loft Conversuon
From start to finish, Jon and the team were brilliant. We must’ve got the work quoted by 10+ firms but it was their approach and professionalism that went above and beyond. Jon & Marco were very prompt with drawings, costs and done our building proposal. But they were also incredibly helpful when there was the odd hiccup too. We’re so happy with the build itself. The team really look after us along the way. We’re so happy it. From roof, windows, insulation, joinery, electrics, painting and finishing. The loft looks amazing
Washing machine leak
After experiencing water collecting into our washing machine as a result of a poorly fitted pipe they identified the problem straight away and arranged a date and time to replace it. The service was Excellent, from point of consultation to completion of the job the service was quick and on time as well as Affordable. Couldn’t recommend more.
New Bathroom.
I needed a new bathroom planned and fitted. I used Ballykelly Construction from start to finish. They planned new layout and completed all works..plumbing, electrics, flooring, walls and fit of all. Made the whole process simple and stress free. Work was completed within time to an excellent standard.

Very good and helpful team. They help with the whole house renovation . It is really efficient. Faster than what I expected so that I can move in on time. Highly recommended
